Lou Kerner has been a crypto enthusiast, investor and thought leader since 2013, and is recognized as one of the most influential crypto bloggers. Lou was previously a Partner at the decentralized VC, Flight, where he managed The Israel Founders Syndicate, which invested in tech companies founded by Israelis.
Prior to Flight VC, Lou was the Managing Partner of The Social Internet Fund (SIF), which invested in shares of rapidly growing tech companies. Before SIF, Lou was an angel investor, best known for investing in Facebook and writing the first Wall Street style research report on the company in 2010. Prior to angel investing, Lou ran Bolt and .tv.
Lou had a distinguished career as an equity analyst following media & tech companies for Goldman Sachs & Merrill Lynch.

James has been at the forefront of the global investment banking and venture capital industries, focusing on emerging markets and early stage finance in the digital, wireless, mobile media and communications businesses. He has been advisor to over 50 venture-backed entities, co-founded NXTPLabs, a leading tech accelerator in Latin America and co-founded PALcapital, a NY based merchant bank and early stage VC fund.
Previously, James was the MD of Latin American Equity Capital Markets at INGBarings, Founder and MD of Emerging Markets Investment Banking at Furman Selz, and MD of Asian Investment Banking in Hong Kong for Bear Stearns, where he was responsible for the first listing of a Chinese company on the NYSE.
He is a Founder and board member emeritus of Urban Arts Partnership and Chairman of the USA of WeForest.
James received an AB in Economics and Art History from Vassar College and a JD/MBA from Emory University.
Jennifer has experience working in financial services and tech startups. Prior to CryptoOracle, Jennifer led Ecosystem Development for SendGrid’s Accelerate program in North America and it is one of the most successful companies to come out of Techstars.
Previously, Jennifer was managing SoftLayer’s Catalyst startup program for the Americas, which was acquired by IBM and rolled into their Global Entrepreneur Program. She started out her career with Booz Allen Hamilton and was a Program Manager at Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank. She has helped startups raise angel and venture financing, and facilitated business opportunities with Fortune 500 companies.
Jennifer is also the co-creator of the ICOnference in New York City. She received her BSc in Business Administration and MIS from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
Caron is a seasoned marketer with over 15 years of experience. She has worked in startups as well as large corporations, helping to bring clients advertising goals within reach. Caron worked at Bolt.com, a leading social network before Facebook, focused on connecting the online community with advertisers by adding value to the users online experience. She has also focused on increasing operational efficiencies of the sales and execution process of large media campaigns.
